The idea to create Last Chance Ranch Arena was born after the family started competing in ranch rodeos, other rough stock, and roping events. With the desire to have a practice facility and a regular place to have events for the family and other friends who enjoyed the sport with us, the wheels of planning and designing began. The miles of horse enthusiasts surrounding the ranch and within the region comprises of many families looking for a place to practice and compete locally to enhance their skills.
This type of endeavor takes a great deal of energy, dedication, and financial backing to accomplish and each week the ranch and arena improves with the help of many people through design and operation advice and support. Last Chance Ranch Arena has a commitment to the businesses and communities in the surrounding area for their support of the rodeo sport and other equine related events. For without the support of these sponsors, businesses and patrons, the arena and events related to it would not be as successful.
Last Chance Ranch Arena will hold 2 rodeo events comprising of an annual pro rodeo and an annual HS rodeo. Clinics, competitive events, and large trail rides will be available for riders and spectators as well for the spring through fall months. Open riding is available for those that desire a place to work with their horses in an arena or trail atmosphere. For those working with problem horses, we have a variety of obstacles and crossings set up that will help your horse to be more patient in those areas. Group rates are available for people wanting to have a b-day party or other group events.
At Last Chance Ranch Arena we believe that all levels of riders should be welcome at a facility. We believe in leaving the attitudes and special interests at the gate in order to have a positive, fun, and entertaining environment. Whether you come one time to say that you were here, or you are a weekly regular attendee, we would love to have you come participate and use the arena at your convenience.
